Unpaid business-to-business invoices between $25,000 and $250,000, recovered under your own attorney. Most of what we earn depends on collecting, and the money never passes through our hands.

They took the load. They kept the invoice. You delivered the goods or the labor, somebody signed for it, and ninety days later the balance is still open and your contact has stopped returning calls.
By that point the reminders have run out. A collection agency sends a letter on its own letterhead, and your customer's controller files it away, because there is no case behind it and no date by which anything has to happen. A litigator quotes you a retainer in the five figures to begin a suit that may take a year, on money you needed last quarter.
There is a point between those two that almost nobody uses. Your attorney files the claim, obtains a docket number, and holds service. A case that has been filed but not yet served is real, and your customer knows it. That is leverage an agency letter never has, and it arrives before you have paid for a single deposition.
We work inside that window. Your attorney authorizes a settlement figure in writing and stays in charge of the case. We take the settlement conversation off your desk and present only what your attorney has approved. If your customer wires the money, it goes to your attorney's trust account and you have your cash in weeks rather than years. If they do not, your attorney serves and proceeds, and you have given up nothing.
We say all of that openly because it is the reason to call us. What we do not publish is how the underwriting screen works, how an offer is structured and timed, or the language that goes out, because that is the part that took years to build and the part that keeps everyone inside the rules.
NJM is an administrative consultant, not a law firm. We work under your own attorney, who remains counsel of record and holds the file, and we give no legal advice to you or to your customer.

Commercial invoices only. Goods or labor already delivered, paperwork in the file, and a customer that is still operating.
Six weeks of crew in the client's warehouse. Timesheets signed and approved. Payment stopped without explanation.
Material delivered to the job site against a signed ticket. The general contractor is waiting on the owner.
Parts shipped on open account. The buyer is still running the plant and the invoice is still outstanding.
Loads delivered with bills of lading on file. The broker has stopped responding entirely.
Goods already on the retailer's shelves. A slow-paying account that became a non-paying account.
Underwriting an invoice takes real work before anything is collected, so the review fee is charged up front. The larger part of what we earn still depends entirely on getting you paid.
Due when we accept an invoice. It covers the underwriting and administration time we commit, and it is earned whether or not the account settles.
If you are placing several invoices or an aged ledger, we will agree a single negotiated fee in place of per-file pricing.
Roughly a third of what actually clears your attorney's trust account. Nothing is charged on money that never arrives.
Your customer wires your attorney, who clears the funds and pays our fee from the proceeds. Your money never runs through us.
